Great customer service

I ordered a few different types of chocolate bars and a few other things. Because of the heat, several were melted, even though they had used six cold packs. I contacted customer service, and they couldn't have been nicer. They made it right and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.

I will never order chocolate from this company in the summer. Even after paying an extra $7.99 for “cold pack protection” the chocolate was still melted upon arrival. The $7.99 was for a warm, melted 5x6 ice pack. We were home when the box was delivered so it didn’t sit outside for any length of time. If it can’t be shipped properly it shouldn’t be shipped at all. Lesson learned.
