These melt really nicely and have been very easy to work with for dipping. The coating goes on smoothly, sets up well, and has a good chocolate flavor. I use a lot of coating for my treats, so I also really appreciate being able to get it in the 5 lb bag. Very happy with it!

I was extremely disappointed as the chocolate wafers were all liquid. I just received two bags of liquid chocolate. Ice was used but not enough. I know i live in FL but you as the shipper should know how to pack for heat. Extremely disappointing.

Horrible packaging, should be considered a health hazard. I typically i order the 25lb and its comes individually packaged. The 45lb just came in a blue open bag.
