Processing & delivery
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons and promotional windows, allow up to 3. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email — and you can track any time by logging into your account at candyinbulk.com.

Cold Pack Protection — for chocolate, gummies & heat-sensitive candy
Some of our products melt. Chocolate, gummies, caramels, and certain other candies don't survive a hot truck or a long summer transit, and we don't pretend otherwise. For these items, every order automatically includes Cold Pack Protection:
- Professional-grade ice packs sized to your order weight
- An insulated liner that holds temperature in transit
- Expedited shipping where it's needed to get your order there before the cold packs warm up
Look for the badge
Every heat-sensitive product on our site is marked with a Cold Pack Protect badge on the product page and in collection views. If you see the badge, your order ships with Cold Pack Protection at the rate below — no surprises at checkout. If you don't see it, standard shipping rates apply.

Why we charge for Cold Pack Protection
Candy in transit can hit temperatures well above safe storage thresholds — especially in summer, but also during unexpected delays at any time of year. Cold packs, insulated liners, and expedited carrier rates aren't free. We charge what it actually costs to get your order to your door in the condition it left our warehouse. No markup, no padding.
Cold Pack Protection is automatic on every heat-sensitive order. It's how we deliver candy that arrives the way it was packed.
