Candy in Bulk ("we" or "Company") offers this Referral Program so you can share what you've found with people who'll appreciate it. Here's how it works and what the rules are.
How It Works
You get a unique referral link to share. When someone uses your link and places their first order of $59 or more, they get $25 off and you get $25 off your next order. Business referrals work the same way, but with $50 rewards on orders of $250+.
To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old. Once you share your link, anyone who uses it becomes your referral. You'll receive credit when they complete their first qualifying purchase.
What You Can Earn
- $25 off per friend referral (when they spend $59 or more)
- $50 off per business referral (when they spend $250 or more)
- Maximum $2,000 in rewards per calendar year
- You can make up to 25 referrals per session and 500 referrals total over the life of the program
- Rewards are applied as account credit toward future orders
- Credits expire 90 days after they're issued
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotional offers
The Rules
What you can't do:
- Refer yourself or create multiple/fake accounts
- Refer people who are already Candy in Bulk customers
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate referrals
- Tamper with the program or act in any way that violates the spirit of this program
- Use the program in any illegal, harassing, or harmful way
Company employees and their immediate family members cannot participate in this program.
Verification: All referrals are subject to verification. We may delay or refuse to process any reward if we suspect fraud or rule violations. Our decisions are final.
Your Responsibilities (Anti-Spam)
Only share your referral link with people you actually know—friends, family, colleagues. Share it the way you'd normally share something good you found: a text, a personal email, a conversation.
Do not: Send bulk emails, spam strangers, or blast your link to people you don't have a relationship with. If you violate anti-spam laws or distribute your link inappropriately, we will immediately terminate your account and you will be responsible for any legal consequences, costs, and damages that result from your actions.
By sharing any email address through this program, you confirm you have permission to contact that person.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, pause, or end this program at any time for any reason
- Disqualify anyone who violates these terms
- Delay or deny rewards while investigating potential fraud
- Change reward amounts or qualifying thresholds with notice
Privacy
Any personal information collected through this program will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Liability & Legal Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties: This program is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uninterrupted service, technical perfection, or that the program will meet your specific expectations. You participate at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candy in Bulk, Extole, Inc. (our referral service provider), and all related entities (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not liable for:
- Technical errors, malfunctions, or downtime
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected rewards
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues caused by events beyond our control (technical failures, acts of God, government actions, etc.)
Maximum liability: Our maximum liability for any issue related to this program, regardless of cause, will not exceed $100.
Your indemnification: By participating, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your participation in this program or your violation of these terms.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this program may violate criminal and civil laws. We reserve the right to seek full legal remedies, including criminal prosecution.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Binding Agreement
By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All company decisions regarding this program are final and binding.
