My order was delivered with a damaged box, the cold packs were fully melted and so were all the chocolate items. I will say customer service did grant me a refund for all the chocolate since it wasn’t edible. All the other candy I got was phenomenal. Love the sour options! The kids were pleasantly surprised by the huge bags of sour candies!! I think if anyone orders do your chocolate minimally so not to overcrowd the packaging. I’m going to experiment with this and see if that helps my next order.

We were charged $3 extra without the option to decline for an ice pack. The candy arrived with no ice pack included and the jelly beans were all melted and stuck together.
