Totally melted upon receipt. And they gave me a hard time with 100% refund. Horrible packaging that they claimed i shouldnhave paid for additional product protection?? Ultimately, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Stay away from this place!

I ordered back in January and again late June. On the June order, I was forced to pay for the insulated box due to the weather. Wasn’t thrilled but it is hot out so I went along with it. Much of the order had softened and the ice packs were hot so before you make an order in warm weather, just be aware of what you may be getting. As mentioned, January order was perfect, this one not so much. Don’t like paying extra for the cool packs and having the order still melt.
