There was a hole in the bag. Several pieces of tamales escaped and melted over all the other bags

The bulk candy is great...great pricing...and love the freebies they throw in, BUT, even with the cold packs, which btw are not cold on arrival...the chocolates, if ordered, still melts all over... both times I have ordered from them. They need better and faster shipping for cold packages, and better labeling so delivery services don't leave sitting out in the sun all day.
