Price is right. Shipping could definitely be improved. The carrier is UPS and they're fantastic. Let me know when the shipping label was made; a whole 2 days before they actually recieved the package. (One of the bags was busted open also.)
The company also doesnt display the estimated price of shipping or the cost for the cold packs until you're in the check out. Shipping is about $20+. (Even for a single pound. So you're better off just buying $50 or more to get it for free.) I didnt mind paying for the cold packs. But not displaying the price before checkout ($7) nor making it possible to buy extra to compensate for summer temperatures seems both dishonest and foolhardy. It's not that hot yet, but the packs were already completely thawed upon arrival. I only recieved 3. So I guess I'll be waiting til the end of the hot season if I want any more.
I'll still likely never step foot in a candy store again.
They were all melted together
was melted till i put in freezer. the inside of "cool bag" was hot. cool packs had not been cold for a minute. Foil wrapper melted to top .
Great deal only negative is shipping has become slower lately?
A friend brought several bags of these to a party. We didn't want to hurt her feelings but we all thought they weren't fresh; of course we praised them. Another part a few weeks lter, more reesie. This time she asked if they were ok, that she had thought the first ones were a little off but none of us said anything! We all had a good laugh, and she even said they were separate orders. I've only shopped a few times and no reesies but all I items recieved have been fresh. It's odd.
This company is super! We had a little bit of a bump in the road wirh our shipment and they were on it VERY quickly. Great prices ans super customer service. Will definitely order fr them again.

Great package, ice pack for chocolates, completely professional.
My order arrived in only days and the candy was in perfect condition, it was just as fresh as buying it at the market.
Order received quickly but unfortunately the weather was warm and many of the peanut butter cups melted in transit. It wasn't Candy in Bulk's fault but it does let me know that I will only order them during cooler weather in the future.
I will be ordering more I enjoyed the candy.
