Well, I took a chance since this deal offered free ice pack packing, but it's too hot here now. Both ice packs were melted and actually hot even though it was all inside a special cooler bag. I carefully left it all inside the box and put it inside my fridge for 4 hours and the pictures show what they looked like when I took them out. Still quite soft and many melted out of their foil. I'm leaving them in the fridge for the rest of the night and then will sort out the really bad ones in the morning. Great deal, but never again will I order chocolate in the summer.

Ice packs completely melted. Chocolate candy melted and inedible. Seller offered a 15% refund! Seeking refund through my credit card company. Horrible customer service! Seller claims they can safely ship in the summer. Based on my experience and other online reviews - they cannot!

They say that your order is shipped with ice packs for protection. My order came radiating heat. There were 2 little ice packs that lost their ‘cold’ hours before(if not days.) I’m sure it was fine when they packed it, but they are responsible for choosing how to ship it, aren’t they? The company offered a 30 percent discount. Two weeks have gone by…NOPE.

I can only assume that the candy would have been good if it had not been melted. There were 2 frozen packs in the package and had they not been held I'm shipping so long they may have lasted. What a mess!
Arrived timely and in good condition but making you pay $8 EXTRA for an ice pack is a bit expensive! Ice packs were of course completely melted when box arrived
