Everything was melted an smooshed up. You had said ice packs to be in there but with 110 degree temperatures you couldn’t open a single lindt truffle. I contacted you immediately and was asked to take a piece. They were all flattened up so i couldnt have melted chocolate everywhere. I did NOT appreciate your lack of cold packs and you only offered me a ridiculous 10% discount. That is truly unacceptable!! If you cant send with ice packs then don’t ship in the summer. Truly a waste of money and my friend was sorely disappointed.

I had to try these as I cannot find them anywhere locally, and I'm glad I did. I do like chocolate with orange, and these are fresh and really quite delicious. I'm so glad you carry them, I'll probably order them again. They were packed well and only came a day late, but that is not your fault. Bags were safely sealed. No disappointments here!
