I paid extra for a cold pack and there was not one in there. The caramels road around all day in a hot truck to be delivered 735 PM

I ordered a variety of items for an upcoming party l. The items seem to be fresh. I was impressed with the method used in packing. I do have two complaints though. The first being UPS contacting me to let me know that my Express order was going to be a day late, and second, when I opened the sealed packaging, it was actually hot inside. The moisture inside of the bag was actually very, very warm.
