The company has excellent service put ice packs in woth the order. When I received it it was melted. UPSA delivered it. The box said keep out of sunlight. Which really doesn't tell the shipping and receiving nothing. 99.5% of the time they do not read the boxes. Something needs to change. Make shipping receiving and delivery aware. Those ice packs only last 4 hours and on a really hot day. Who know.

My favorite chocolate is dark chocolate and I've ordered quite a few times from "Candy in Bulk" and I've never been disappointed!! Chocolates are Very reasonable (especially when they run a deal) :) Shipping is very fast and if the weather is hot in my area they always pack some kind of dry ice in it so it doesn't melt---highly recommend this company!!

How can I ensure that the chocolate won't get melted in shipping? I need to ship to Las Vegas in August.

While we can't guarantee they won't soften or melt in extreme temperatures like those in Las Vegas in August, the ice packs provide the best protection available.
